A traditional South African sausage loaded with pimento, coriander, garlic and herbs.
Supplied as standard in 250g pack.
Method
- Add Around 25g of seasoning to 1g of mince meat
- Balsamic Vinegar 24g ( Optional )
- Add 24g of cold water
- Mix till combined
- Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings see link https://www.tongmaster.co.uk/sausage-casings-skins/home-user-pack
For a larger mix
- add 25-30g of seasoning per kg
This pack will make a total of 10kg.
