Black Pudding Seasoning - 1kg

A blend of traditional herbs and spices to add an excellent flavour of your black pudding


Method (1kg batch)

  •         Mince 330g fat and/or suet.
  •         Add 25g Black Pudding Seasoning and mix thoroughly.
  •        Add 195g medium oatmeal and 90g dried blood and mix well
  •         Add 360g Hot water and mix to slurry.
  •         Let stand until cool. (This allows the mix to firm up for ease of filling).
  •         Fill into Tongmaster Black Pudding Casings

 

  •          Cooking: Immerse in boiling water and cook at 80°C for approximately 50-60 minutes
  •          Suitable for home freezing
