A blend of traditional herbs and spices to add an excellent flavour of your black pudding
Method (1kg batch)
- Mince 330g fat and/or suet.
- Add 25g Black Pudding Seasoning and mix thoroughly.
- Add 195g medium oatmeal and 90g dried blood and mix well
- Add 360g Hot water and mix to slurry.
- Let stand until cool. (This allows the mix to firm up for
ease of filling).
- Fill into Tongmaster Black Pudding Casings
- Cooking: Immerse in boiling water and cook at 80°C for
approximately 50-60 minutes
- Suitable for home freezing
