Beef & Red Onion Sausage Seasoning - 250g(makes a 10kg Batch)

Tongmaster's own flavour combination of beef and red onion a traditional classic for any sausage.
Supplied as standard in 250g pack.
Method
- Add Around 25g of seasoning to 700g of mince meat
- Add 100g-200g of Rusk ( alter to preference )
- Add 165g of cold water
- Mix till combined
- Fill into Tongmaster Natural or Collagen Casings
For a larger mix
- add 25-30g of seasoning per kg
- add 100g of rusk per kg
This pack will make a total of 10kg.
