BBQ Smoker Wood Chips - Beech - 500g
Beech has a more delicate aroma that gives off a moderate to heavy level of smoke which is ideal for smoking fish, pork, cheese and game.
Using chips will last longer than shavings because they are bigger, resulting in a longer lasting true bbq taste.
Method
- Place the required amount of chips in a container and cover with water, Beer or Wine to ensure maximum coverage.
- Soak for 30 mins or for best results a couple of hours.
- Pour off liquid.
- Add the wood chips to your B.B.Q.
