Basil & Sundried Tomato Burger Seasoning - 250g (makes a 10kg batch)

A mild flavoured burger with a blend of mixed herbs and a burst of sweet sun-dried tomatoes.
Supplied as standard in 250g pack.
Method
- Add Around 25g of seasoning to 1kg of mince meat
- Add 50g of Rusk
- Add 40ml of cold water
- Mix till combined
- Shape to desired size of burger
For a larger mix
- add 25g of seasoning per kg
- add 50g of rusk per kg
This pack will make a total of 10kg.
Why not shape into meatballs and have with pasta sauce and spaghetti for an classic Italian dish with a twist.
