Method

• Add 100g pack to 1kg of mince meat
• Add 45ml of cold water ( alter to desired consistency) 
  
• Mix till combined
  
• Fill into Tongmaster Natural casings or Collagen Casings
  

Additional Tips

• Leave sausages in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with the meat
