1lb Artificial Haggis Bung Casings (5 Per Bundle)

These cellulose artificial Haggis bungs are 25cm long and have a diameter of 5.5cm. Once soaked in warm water these casings will expand and be ready to make a 1 pound Haggis.

Method

• Prior to using the casing it must be soaked in warm water ( 30 to 40oC ) for a minimun of 30 minutes to acitvate and will be ready to make a 1 pound haggis
  
• Fill mix into casings and ties ends
