10" Butchers RED Scimitar Steak Knife Teflon coated Blade

This Martinez Gascon 12"/30cm Teflon coated Scimitar knife has a straight wide Teflon coated blade and a red plastic handle.

The Teflon coating on the blade provides a smoother cutting surface, providing less friction. This helps keep the finest Spanisg Steel blade, dual sharpened during manufacturing process, stay sharper for longer.

It also reduces the risk of RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) in the user.

This ergonomic handle is comfortable and offers a good grip to reduce the chance of slipping.
